a two-day onsite inspection coupled with an analysis and formal recommendations
of 200 critical points where profits can be enhanced in your operation. This
program is a systematic audit and appraisal coupled with an in depth analysis
and recommendation that provides specific guidelines and steps to take to stop
losses and enhance profitability. A thorough inspection is conducted of both
the back and front of the house operations. This detailed inspection covers
100 points in the front of the house and 100 points in the back of the house.
After the inspection and analysis of the data a formal recommendation is provided
