Ron Yudd is an internationally recognized speaker, management consultant and trainer. He is often called upon to speak to leaders, managers and associates on both profit strategies and re-energizing their passion for service. His programs "Leadership Legacy", "No One Escapes Service" and "Points of Profit" have helped business operators focus in on profit enhancing strategies and service improvement programs. He combines a motivating style with practical "take home" ideas.

Ron grew up in the restaurant business working in Washington D.C. area restaurants during high school and college. He worked his way up from bus person to Area Director while working for Emerson's Ltd. Restaurants, a steak house and salad bar chain. He held a variety of both back and front of the house positions. He worked as kitchen manager, general manager and training director during his eight years with Emerson's.

As part of his extensive background Ron held the position of Director of Food Service for the United States Senate in Washington DC. He served in the Senate for over 21 years. His guests, associates and employees still refer to Ron as "The Senator of Service". The Senate Restaurant serves over 10,000 meals per day in ten different restaurants. Fifty percent of the 8 million dollars in annual sales is generated by special events and catering. Ron supervised over 200 associates in the daily mission of delivering the highest quality food with a passion for personalized service.

He travels the United States conducting seminars and workshops in “Creating Excellence” “No One Escapes Service” “Leadership for the Bottom Line” and “Mentoring Today for Leaders Tomorrow”. He is also the author and producer of several best selling audio learning tools that include the titles Passion for Service, Fifty Points of Profit, Leadership Legacy and Creating Excellence-The Steps to Build an Effective and Lasting Organization.

He is the founding director of the Leadership Cares Foundation an organization that teaches leadership skills to young people by having them get directly involved in outreach programs in mentoring, literacy training and hunger relief.
